Please read these Terms of Use before using the platforms and services provided by nanjingshuangshiinforemationtechnologyCo.,Ltd. (referred to below as “shaungshitech”). If you are under 18, use the Services only with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.
By selecting an acceptance, registration or purchase action, or by otherwise starting to use the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and any other rules expressly made applicable to the relevant Service.
1. General
1.1 “shaungshitech Platforms/Services” means software, websites and platforms owned, operated or lawfully operated by shaungshitech, together with services made available through them, including SkiinOBS, management tools, assistants, plugins and related utilities.
1.2 These Terms govern the relationship between you and nanjingshuangshiinforemationtechnologyCo.,Ltd. regarding use of the shaungshitech Platforms/Services. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the Services.
1.3 shaungshitech may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, product functionality or operations. Material changes will be communicated through the website, in-product notices or another reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
1.4 You may not separate, conceal, resell, mirror, bypass authorization for, or otherwise use shaungshitech Services outside the scope expressly authorized by us.
1.5 Section headings are for convenience only and do not limit the interpretation of these Terms.
2. Registration and Accounts
2.1 You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not, you may use the Services only with the consent or authorization of a lawful representative.
2.2 You are responsible for providing the devices, internet access and other equipment needed to use the Services and for related communications charges.
2.3 Registration or use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and applicable published rules, and you are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
2.4 After registration, an account may be used with shaungshitech software, websites, plugins and tools. Login methods, access permissions and security requirements may change for product, security or legal reasons.
2.5 Keep passwords, verification codes and other credentials secure. Do not lend, sell, transfer or improperly share your account. If you detect unauthorized use, contact us promptly through the official Discord channel.
2.6 To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for consequences caused by failure to complete required verification, inaccurate information or your own failure to safeguard account credentials.
2.7 We may reasonably restrict, suspend or terminate an account or Service where requested by you, where these Terms or applicable law are violated, where rights or security are at risk, where required by authorities, or where an account remains unused for 180 consecutive days.
3. Acceptable Use and Membership
3.1 Information you provide must be complete, accurate and current, and should be updated when it changes.
3.2 We may display product, service or partner information within the Services. Marketing communications, where used, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and available notification settings.
3.3 You must not use the Services for illegal activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, gambling, money laundering, malware distribution, unauthorized advertising, abusive scraping or automation, reverse engineering, circumvention of technical protections, mass account abuse, intellectual-property violations or conduct that harms the platform, users or third parties.
3.4 If shaungshitech reasonably believes that conduct may violate law, these Terms or third-party rights, we may remove or restrict content, issue warnings, limit features, suspend access or terminate accounts as appropriate.
3.5 To the extent permitted by law, system, login, transaction and usage records may be used for security investigations, dispute handling, compliance and lawful requests from competent authorities.
3.6 If points, trial credits or other virtual benefits are offered, their acquisition, validity, permitted use, restrictions and refund rules are governed by the relevant product page. Except where required by law, virtual benefits may not be converted to cash or transferred without authorization.
3.7 Memberships and subscriptions are for use by the purchasing account holder only. Benefits, term, pricing and renewal conditions are shown at checkout. We currently accept WeChat Pay and Alipay only (Alipay accounts issued for mainland China only). No other payment methods are currently supported. The payment methods shown at checkout are controlling.
4. User Content
4.1 If you upload or transmit text, images, video, audio, software, logs or other materials, you must have the necessary rights and remain responsible for that content. You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to provide, operate, improve and display the relevant Service.
4.2 Do not upload or transmit content that is unlawful, threatens public safety, infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights, facilitates fraud, hate, harassment, violence, sexual exploitation, gambling, malicious code or other unlawful or abusive conduct.
4.3 Where community, comment or interactive functions are available, targeted abuse, spam, disruptive promotion and irrelevant advertising are prohibited.
4.4 We may review or act on user content when appropriate, but review does not constitute a guarantee of its truthfulness, legality or accuracy.
4.5 You are responsible under applicable law for losses or claims caused by your unlawful, infringing or otherwise prohibited content or conduct.
5. Privacy and Personal Information
5.1 We process personal information only as reasonably necessary for accounts, authentication, subscriptions, payments, support, security, service improvement and legal compliance. Please review the SkiinOBS Privacy Policy for details.
5.2 We do not disclose, sell or arbitrarily share personal information without a lawful basis, except where required by law, with consent, to protect important rights, or through service providers acting on our behalf.
5.3 Human support for technical issues, account deletion, privacy requests and other service matters is provided through the official Discord channel.
5.4 By registering or using the Services, you acknowledge the applicable Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Except for content in which users retain lawful rights, all intellectual-property rights in the shaungshitech Platforms/Services—including software, code, interfaces, designs, text, images, logos and data structures—belong to shaungshitech, its affiliates or their licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, sale, rental, mirroring or reverse engineering is prohibited.
6.2 For downloadable software or plugins, shaungshitech grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive license solely to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms and the relevant product documentation.
7. Third-Party Services
7.1 The Services may interoperate with OBS Studio, streaming platforms, payment providers, cloud services and other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the extent permitted by law, shaungshitech does not make warranties beyond those required by law regarding third-party content, advertisements, external links or products, information and services supplied by third parties.
8.2 We work to improve and correct the Services, but do not guarantee complete compatibility or uninterrupted operation across every device, network, OBS Studio version, plugin combination or third-party platform.
8.3 Network outages, maintenance, third-party failures, attacks, force majeure and other events outside reasonable control may affect availability. We will take reasonable restoration measures but do not promise error-free, uninterrupted or fit-for-every-purpose operation.
8.4 Obtain software only from official distribution channels. We are not responsible for harm directly caused by malware, modified packages or other risks introduced by unofficial sources.
8.5 To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from interruptions, third-party services, user configuration or events not caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence is limited as permitted by applicable law.
9. Breach and Enforcement
9.1 If you violate law, these Terms or third-party rights, shaungshitech may take proportionate measures including content action, feature restrictions, suspension or account termination.
9.2 Where conduct may be unlawful, shaungshitech may report the matter to competent authorities and provide information or records as permitted or required by law.
9.3 You are responsible under applicable law for loss suffered by shaungshitech, its affiliates or third parties as a result of your unlawful, breaching or infringing conduct.
10. Changes or Termination of Services
10.1 Subject to applicable law, shaungshitech may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of a Service for product updates, business reasons, third-party changes, security or compliance needs. Purchased but undelivered entitlements will be handled according to applicable law, the order terms and the circumstances.
10.2 Services may be interrupted or terminated at your request, for violations, security risks, legal or regulatory requirements, force majeure or other circumstances in which continued provision is not reasonably possible.
10.3 Unused entitlements, pending transactions, amounts already paid and refunds are handled under applicable law, the terms shown at purchase and the relevant order conditions.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
11.2 The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith consultation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the People’s Court of Gulou District, Nanjing, except where mandatory consumer or other law requires otherwise.

12.1 Important notices may be delivered through website announcements, in-product notices, SMS or other reasonable means.
12.2 Questions about these Terms, accounts, payments, complaints, technical support, or other service matters are handled through the official SkiinOBS Discord. Discord is our sole channel for human support.
