SkiinOBS is software and a digital service provided online. The following summarizes the principal terms that apply to online purchases and use of SkiinOBS. Price
The price, currency and tax treatment shown on the applicable plan or checkout page apply.
Additional costs
Internet access, telecommunications, currency-conversion charges and fees imposed by payment providers or financial institutions are borne by the user.
Payment methods
We currently accept WeChat Pay and Alipay only (Alipay accounts issued for mainland China only). No other payment methods are currently supported. The payment methods shown at checkout are controlling.
Payment timing
Payment is processed when a purchase or renewal is completed. Subscription renewal terms are those displayed at checkout.
Delivery / availability
The Service is generally made available promptly after successful payment and required authentication. Any free trial is subject to the conditions shown at registration.
System requirements
SkiinOBS currently supports Windows 10 and Windows 11 only. For detailed instructions and usage information, please refer to the SkiinOBS Guide.
Cancellation / renewal
You may stop automatic renewal before the next renewal date using the designated method. Access generally continues until the end of the period already paid for, subject to the conditions shown at purchase or in the account interface.
Returns / refunds
Because the Service is digital, returns are not available after delivery has begun. Refunds will be handled where required by law and may also be considered for duplicate charges or material defects attributable to us, depending on the circumstances.
Special conditions
Purchase or use may be restricted based on region, account status or payment-provider availability.
